Maintain the overall structure and layout of the bathroom. Replace the integrated sink with a vessel sink bowl on top of the vanity counter. Make the vanity countertop thinner. Add a fluted front panel to the vanity to cover the open shelves. Extend the shower cubicle further to the left.
